Performance characteristics

Integrated feeding: The filled penicillin bottles are transported to the bottle inlet station of the bottle sorting dial by the conveyor belt. When the counter detects sufficient quantity, the dial and bottle sorting conveyor belt start counting to the full bottle pushing track. At this time, the bottle sorting linear mechanical track rises, and the bottle pushing robot pushes the bottles onto the feeding platform according to the set stroke. After the bottle pushing rod is retracted, the bottle sorting track is lowered, and then enters the bottle feeding process. The bottle sorting and pushing process is repeated in sequence until the set number of times one layer of freeze-drying machine board is pushed is reached. The last stroke increases, separating the bottles of the previous board layer from the next board layer by a certain distance, so that the production between the board layers does not stop, achieving continuous work without stopping production in the middle.

Small car feeding: The AGV small car automatically runs from the feeding port to the loading platform, extends its flat surface to dock with the loading platform, and then extends the mechanical arm to pull the penicillin bottle onto the small car platform, returns to the platform, rotates 90 degrees, and walks through the ground driven track to the predetermined freeze-drying machine door

Feed: The trolley runs to the small door of the freeze dryer, facing the plate layer of the freeze dryer. After extending its platform and docking with the plate layer, the robotic arm moves to push the bottle onto the plate layer, and finally returns to the robotic arm and trolley

Discharge: The freeze-dried and pressed bottles are transferred to the AGV car in reverse according to the above feeding operation, and transported to the unloading platform through the ground rail. The rotation 9 is docked with the unloading platform, and the bottles are moved to the unloading platform through the robotic arm

Bottle sorting to capping machine: The push rod of the unloading platform continuously pushes towards the front bottle sorting conveyor belt based on the amount of bottles used. When there are too many bottles on the front conveyor belt, the push rod automatically stops pushing. Compared with the traditional rotary table bottle sorting method, the bottle sorting system adopts the latest advanced parallel reverse conveyor belt, which has a smaller system volume and no bottle tipping phenomenon.
